Willow Layne Films provides wedding videography services as outlined in individual client contracts. Details regarding deliverables, timelines, and payment are set forth in your signed agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All video footage, edits, and materials created by Willow Layne Films remain the intellectual property of Willow Layne Films. Clients receive personal usage rights as specified in their service contract. Reproduction or resale without written permission is prohibited.

3. Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to use excerpts of your wedding film for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payments & Cancellations

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule in your service contract.

Cancellations are subject to the terms of your signed agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care in capturing and preserving your wedding memories, Willow Layne Films is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., acts of nature, equipment failure, venue restrictions). Liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to copy, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site. All content on this website is owned by Willow Layne Films and protected under copyright law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, and any disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction.
